Tell us about the wheel
Choose the wheel version on the form if you know it. If you are unsure, ‘Not sure’ is fine. A serial number is helpful when available, but it is optional.
Explain the change
- What is happening, and when it started.
- Whether it followed moving the wheel, cleaning it or carrying out a repair.
- Which guide or checks you have already tried.
- Any part, coating or fitting that has previously been replaced or altered.
Photos and video
Add clear photographs or a short video to your enquiry so we can see the issue straight away. Keep the camera steady and show the part or sound you are asking about. Only take views you can reach without lifting or dismantling the wheel.
How we reply
We will reply by email. We help all Maclaw owners, including second-hand owners. Check that the email address you enter is correct. We no longer make or sell wheels, parts or graphics.
