Before you start
You’ll need two people to assemble the wheel. Assemble it in the room where it will be used. Have the supplied fixings, box spanner and toggle bar, Allen key, flat-head screwdriver, cross-head screwdriver and hammer ready.
Assemble the stand and fit the wheel
Follow the numbered instructions and diagrams in the assembly PDF below. Assemble the base and post, tighten the stand fixings in the order shown, then fit the wheel and both safety covers.
Align the wheel
Leave the foam padding on the stand. When fitting the wheel to the bearing hub, line up the red arrows: the wheel was balanced in this position. Fit the flat washers, spring washers and nuts in the order shown in the diagrams, and follow the tightening sequence.
Before using the wheel
Fit both the front and rear safety covers. If your fixings or mounting arrangement differ from the diagrams, ask us for help identifying your version.
