Before you start
You’ll need two people to assemble a wall-mounted wheel. Use the wall-mount assembly PDF below; the freestanding version has different fittings and instructions.
Position the mount
The centre post must rest firmly on the floor, with no gap beneath it. Use fixings suitable for your wall. The screws and plugs supplied with the wheel may not suit every wall type.
Fit the wheel and post
Follow the numbered diagrams to attach the wall mount, remove its post, fit the bearing assembly to the wheel and lock the completed wheel and post into the mount. Align the red balance arrows, fit the washers in the order shown and follow the tightening sequence.
Before using the wheel
Check that the post is fully locked into the mount with no gaps, and fit both safety covers. If you need to remove the wheel later, have another person help and follow the removal instructions in the PDF.
